Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Ultra Inspired collects when you visit ultrainspired.it or contact us, why we use it, who receives it and the rights you have.

It is provided under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended (the Italian Privacy Code).

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to. For any privacy matter, write to info@ultrainspired.it.

02 Data we collect

Data you give us

• Contact form: your name, email address, whether you are an athlete, a brand or something else, what you are interested in and your message. The form does not send anything to our servers: pressing Send opens your own email app with a message addressed to info@ultrainspired.it, and we receive it only if you send that email.
• Correspondence: anything you send us by email or through the social channels we publish.
• Clients: if we start working together, the data needed to deliver the service, for example training history, race goals and performance data. For coaching this can include health-related information, which we process only with your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR) and under a separate notice given at onboarding.

Data collected automatically

When you load a page, our hosting provider records technical data in server logs, such as IP address, browser, date and time and the page requested. These logs are used only for security and to keep the site running.

The site's typeface is served from our own domain. No third-party font, analytics or advertising service is contacted when you visit, unless you accept measurement cookies (see Cookies).

03 Why we use it and on what basis

• To reply to your message and assess whether we can work together. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
• To deliver coaching, experiences, athlete management or brand activation services. Basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
• To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations. Basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
• To keep the website secure and working. Basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
• To measure visits and the performance of our advertising, only if you accept measurement cookies. Basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) and Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). You can withdraw it at any time.

We do not sell your data.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

04 Is it mandatory

Giving us your data is voluntary.

Without a name, an email address and a message we cannot reply to you, and without the data needed to deliver a service we cannot provide it.

05 Who receives it

Your data is handled by the Ultra Inspired people who need it, for example the coach or partnership lead working with you, bound by confidentiality.

It may also be processed by providers acting on our behalf as data processors under Article 28 GDPR, such as our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.), our email provider, and the training, accounting and payment tools we use to deliver services.

We share data with brand partners only with your prior consent, and with authorities only when the law requires it.

A list of processors is available on request.

06 International transfers

Some providers, including Netlify, are based in the United States.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with additional safeguards where needed.

You can ask us for a copy of the relevant safeguards.

07 How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to working together: up to 24 months from our last exchange.
• Client and contract data: for the length of the relationship, then 10 years for accounting and tax records (Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code).
• Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a limited period, normally no more than 30 days.
• Your cookie choice: 6 months, after which we ask again.

08 Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing carried out before.

To exercise these rights, write to info@ultrainspired.it. We reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, garanteprivacy.it, or with the authority of the EU country where you live or work.

If you live in California, the CCPA / CPRA gives you equivalent rights to know, delete and correct your data. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.

09 Cookies

The site uses only what it needs to work, plus optional measurement and advertising cookies that are off until you accept them.

10 Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, with strict browser security headers and no third-party scripts by default.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. If a personal data breach is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Garante as required by Articles 33 and 34 GDPR.

11 Children

Our services are not directed to children under 14, the age of digital consent in Italy.

For athletes under 18, we work only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

12 Changes

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change.

The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you directly where we can.
